I wanted to write and let you know how happy we are with your service. Our house is almost 20 years old. My wife Joyce and I have done a lot of improvements to our home. This includes the installation of two big screen TV’s, several computers, and my workshop in the basement. I have done some of the electrical work myself but often wished I had an electrician to check or even re-do the work I had done.
When we heard about how your company could check our house for any unsafe wiring, I knew we wanted you to come to check our house. When Mike came out for our free estimate, he made us feel very comfortable and took his time to explain the testing process to us. Joyce and I knew that CurrentSAFE would do a thorough job in how they would check all the things that we wanted checked and even some things we didn’t know or think about.
When your technician Keith came to do our test, he did not rush through the job. We are very confident that our home was given the detailed inspection that it needed. We received a report that had all of the information on what was safe, what was questionable and what definitely needed attention. I was given the option of fixing some of the easier items myself as well as a price on having Craft Electric make the repairs. I chose to let them make the repairs which made my wife Joyce very happy.
We are so pleased with the testing and the repair work that you have done. If there’s one thing that I have learned about my wife, it’s that she needs to feel safe. Now we know that our home is safe after having your company come out and provide this service. Thanks again!
